It’s been five years since HEATSEEKER’s last release ‘Infected society’ 12″ and anyone who thought the band was biting the ground was wrong. A big mistake. Suspended by personnel change and general world turmoil, they have been quietly preparing material that mows down.
Recently joined by Mike on guitar of LIFE SCARS and SOCIAL CRISIS (also Up The Punx Records) and Paweł from DRIP OF LIES now they’re pulling out a punch that not only makes HS the top tier of European Hardcore scene. This may be their best release to date. In their words about new recordings – “Heatseeker is fucking pissed off more than ever”. They do!
So, for the time being, we can only ship to Germany and all non-EU countries worldwide. Sorry about that!

PPWR & SHIPPING
A little word on PPWR
Chances are, you’ve already heard of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, aka PPWR.
As the name suggests, the whole idea is to reduce packaging waste and make us all a little more conscious about our environmental footprint. Which is, obviously, a good thing.
Pressing records, however, is already something of an ecological nightmare — and we haven’t even started talking about the bonkers ways records travel around the world.
Here at Not Sorry, we try to keep things as sensible as possible: we ship in cardboard mailers, use paper-based packing material and non-plastic tape, and usually throw in only a few flyers and stickers. Some records come wrapped in foil, some don’t. We’re pretty sure you know how to recycle these materials — but if you’re unsure, just drop us a line at weare@not-sorry.de and we’ll figure it out together.
Unfortunately, PPWR also comes with a rather massive downside for small businesses like ours: we would need to register and obtain packaging recycling certificates in every single EU country we ship to. The costs and paperwork involved are simply not manageable for us.
So, for the time being, we can only ship to Germany and all non-EU countries worldwide. Sorry about that!
